Trial and fair use terms

HS Code Search trial

The HS Code Search trial starts when you select Start my free trial. It includes 100 successfully processed searches and lasts 7 days (168 hours). Access stops when either limit is reached. Searches returning no matches count. Authentication failures, invalid requests and server errors do not count. No payment card is required, and no automatic charges apply. Contact us for continued access after the trial. This allowance is separate from the Calculator allowance and does not reset when a key is rotated.

Landed Cost Calculator trial and billing

The free trial begins when you select Start my free trial and lasts 168 hours. It includes 100 successful Calculator API requests. No payment card is required and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Each company is eligible for one trial, shared across one production and one staging store. Failed requests and cached results do not consume the allowance.

Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel renewal through billing settings and retain access until the end of the paid period. A failed renewal receives a seven-day payment grace period. A failed first payment does not activate a paid subscription.

Exceeding your request allowance does not automatically stop service or incur additional charges. We notify you as usage approaches and reaches your allowance. Sustained high usage may require a plan review, with a seven-day discussion period. Any restriction requires a separate advance notice and LandedCost approval.
